The Art Shows III

MTMHA really received exposure when Terence was asked to participate in a Philadelphia Chapter of Network event. The event was the 5th Annual Sister to Sister Tea & Outreach exhibit.  We were able to set up shop and put our best foot forward.  The event was held at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Saturday, Oct 11, 2014.  It was awesome!  Photos by Lauren White

The Inspired Souls, Encouraged MINDS Art Show, was a great event. We returned to Fifty Ninth Street Baptist Church after two years from the last event held at that venue.  However, this show was not a church based event.  It was totally MTMHA sponsored.  Other Artists were asked to participate in this event: Iffat Pugh, Vance Holloway, Jr., Rodney Anderson and Ya-Meer McNight.  The event took place on September 12, 2015.  Photos by Lauren White.

For the first time ever, Terence decided to display some of his paintings at a Block Party in West Philadelphia (Neighborhood of his youth).  The paintings were displayed on Saturday August 6, 2016 at 1255 N. Alden Street where Terence grew up. They were well received.  In fact a number of individuals did not even know Terence was an Artist.  It was a very successfull day as 9 framed Prints and 2 original Paintings were purchased by the public.
